Advice to clients in the preparation of the design brief enables decisions to be made at an early stage on new techniques and the highlighting of cost saving, either capital or running.

We undertake the preparation of either performance specification for design and build projects or detailed design for conventional projects

To ensure trouble-free operation of the building after occupation, proper commissioning of the plant and setting of controls is essential and a full commissioning supervision is offered which includes checking 'as installed' drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
